By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, and other media captured during your event may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the event.
Travel fees may apply for events located over 60 miles from our base location. Multi-day events may require additional lodging, per diem, or staffing fees.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. Final payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Event details, service selections, and start times must be finalized in advance; any on-site changes or extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
Client is responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe environment for all equipment, staff, and vendors. We are not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, power outages, or guest interference.
