Disclaimer
By booking our photo booth services, Client grants permission for photos and/or videos captured during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the event.

Travel fees may apply for events located more than 60 miles from our base location. Multi-day events may require additional lodging and/or per diem fees.

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure services. Final payment is due prior to the event date. Client is responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe operating environment. Service interruptions caused by weather, venue restrictions, power failure, or guest interference are not the responsibility of the service provider.
